This Customize Steel Lost Wax Casting Part is not as susceptible to corrosion, rust or water contamination as ordinary steel. However, in low oxygen, high salinity or poor air circulation, it is not completely resistant to contamination. Stainless steel is available in different grades and finishes to suit the environment the alloy must withstand. Stainless steel castings are used where steel properties and corrosion resistance are required. This iron oxide film is active, and accelerates corrosion by forming more iron oxide; and, since the volume of iron oxide is large, it tends to peel off and fall off. Stainless steel contains enough chromium to form a chromium oxide passivation film that prevents further surface corrosion by preventing oxygen from diffusing to the steel surface and preventing corrosion from diffusing into the metal internal structure. Due to the similar size of the steel and oxide ions, they bind very strongly and remain attached to the surface. A: According the quantity and usually in about one month . however we suggest to place order early before new year time . it is crazy busy from the Christmas and Chinese spring festival .

Q: Can you provide the samples ? is the sample free?
A: Most of sample are worked by tooling , we need to invest . so the sample is not free. However we can share the cost with customer . if the tooling or mold is not expensive , we can make the sample free for our old customer.
