Overview
Incoloy 800H is a certified nickel-chromium material that resists oxidation, carbonization and so on. Incoloy 800H has the same chemical composition as Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800).
The Metallographic structure of Incoloy 800H: Incoloy 800H is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The extremely low carbon content and increased Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum sensitization resistance as well as intergranular corrosion resistance. Low temperature annealing around 950°C ensures a fine grain structure.
